Memories of Ricky :: Goodbye Ricky

I do not know Ricky. I read a book by three sisters who also grew up in COG. Its called "Not without my sister". It caused my to start looking further into the cult, that claimed to be Gods warriors but commited such desgusting crimes against children. I too was abused, phisically and sexually by my stepfather and my mother turned a blind eye to it. And I too am unable to forgive the person who did such acts on myself and my siblings so I have some understanding as to what Ricky may have been feeling. My suffering however was nothing to the extent of what those kids went through. I just hope that it made the horrible people who caused all this pain and suffering realise what they have done and that they were the ones who caused Ricky to complete his last deed. My heart goes out to his wife and siblings and every other child who was raised by such cowards. I pray that Ricky has finally found Peace.
