It's perfectly legal for them to use his name and likeness in the context that they have done. As reprehensible of a PR ploy as I find it to be legal action against them is baseless and would be found as such in short order if it ever went to litigation (though a host might be convinced to pull a plug under some heat). That being said, I'd be happy to be demonstrated to be wrong, and if you have time to dedicate to taking this site down by all means do so (though I suspect the site will not be online long enought to see if a legal challenge would take it down).
