Memories of Ricky :: May some good come out of this tragedy

I am shocked, saddened, and horrified at the deaths of Rick and Angela, but not one bit surprised. Something like this was bound to happen with so much unresolved pain and so much denial and attacking the victims on the part of the perpetrators.

Rick and Angela were both victims of the same horrible system. I knew Angela years ago as a loving, kind and caretaking sort of person; we lived in the same home off and on before her days as one of the 'chosen ones' to live with the 'Royal Family'.

I knew Rick as so many of us knew him, though the horrible never-ending, nauseating diatribes that were published for all of us to read. I am sure that they both endured a great deal of pain that they could not leave behind.

May they both know the peace they always sought for, may some good come out of this tragedy, such as the final demise of The Family, and may some find help and healing and the kind of life that Rick deserved to have.
