Ricky,

Today I watched your suicide/homicide video, as research on the CoG for a book I'm writing about cults and "new religions." I'm so sorry that you had to suffer such horrific abuse from birth, and that you saw no other way out of your pain and despair than by taking your life, and that of your "caretaker." You may have murdered one person, but long before that, your heart and soul had been murdered by incredibly evil people who twisted the words of faith to justify their own sick perversions and bottomless cruelty. And although I'm not by any means an advocate of suicide, I understand that your life must have been a living hell of rage and anguish, and that there seemed to be no other way to stop the ever-increasing pain you felt. I only hope and pray you've found peace and healing, and that the people who abused you will face man and/or God's justice before long. Rest well, Ricky.
