My parents were members of the Children of God. They are very closed about their experiences there, including why they left the group. Sexual sin has devasted my brother, sister, and I, and I am looking for some answers...I am almost 30 and just now beginning to comprehend the perversion in the Family. The root of the sexual dysfunction in my family is my parents involvement in the COG, but they are in major denial, and refuse to discuss the issue. Can anyone shed some light? The lived on the Family base in Texas at first, then moved around, including Costa Rica, and Ohio, where my older brother was born. My mom lost a baby while they were in Costa Rica, he was still born at 5 months. Does anyone know them? Their "family names" were Gabriel and Hosanna
