I was so upset with such a insensitive and inappropriate comment I accidentally clicked the wrong rating! Why would you even make a comment like that if you weren’t there. Are you trying to utterly slander and destroy a memorial by saying such things?? Have you no consideration for the people who actually are grieving and for his family that was there who reads this stuff as well? NO one that I know (and believe me I knew most of those who were there) were there for those reasons! Those who didn’t leave right after the memorial and reception came over to my suite and stayed up talking by the fire till 5-6 am There was none of that going on! Where would they go anyways??! IF they went home and did something well that’s their prerogative, it’s THEIR HOME! It certainly WASN'T going on AT THE MEMORIAL! But I seriously doubt anyone would have been in that mood that night at least I wasn’t! Even if you had heard some random gossip (which is all that would be) why would you even post something like that?? Gezzzz where is the respect for the dead these days?? I nominate this comment to the trailer park! JUles pease fix my initial rating (reply to this comment)

Sarafina obviously put a lot of hard work and effort into making this event happen, so it is understandable that comments like this would be offensive to her. I think the Memorial was beautiful - nevertheless people still have the right to comment. We can't trailer park everything that one person doesn't like. (reply to this comment)

Well even though the post it's self was upseting It was at least post with some sincerely and asking an honest question (or so I gathered) and a personal opinion, to which I replied in the same manner explaining my answer directed a the question.This is why I wasn’t upset as much by the post as your comment. Your comment first off didn’t have anything to do with the questions the poster asked and two, it wasn’t even an opinion it was just a piece of gossip you had heard, maybe I used the wrong words what I mean to say was more along the lines of “trashing” in instead of "slandering or destroying" . And I never said you were the only one who ever said anything like that, I'd have made the same comment to anyone else who would have said anything similar. And no, I don’t have “my panties in a bunch” But can’t you imagine if it was your personal friend, brother or husband who had died and people were going on line saying that they “heard” the only reason some people went to their funeral was to “get laid” The thought it’s self is absurd. I mean please can you at least put yourself in our shoes for a sec. (reply to this comment)

Even if there were people there that were there for that reason, what does it have to do with the post or the comments that were made? IF there were people there for those reasons why would you want to advertise it? And why would you even want to bring it up? All it does is fuel the fire and gear the conversation toward gossip and speculation about the Memorial. We have enough ugly and trashing post on here, I was just trying to keep the Memorial out of them.( I assume you have the capacity to grasp this. ) I didn’t want the whole tread to turn into another one like the last as it seems a lot people do really like to focus more on gossip then the facts around here.
