What is being refered to in the above article is infromation that if you were abused there is still hope for justice. Have you ever dealt with the aftermath of a crime, have you seen it devistate peoples life, have you wacthed some one become so interverted and afraid that the become a danger to themselves. Have you ever wanted to bring anyone to justice for crimes that were commited by them. Before you respond in your normal manner of trying to belittle and sneer at thosse who you disagree with, just remember that others just might be speaking from experience.
