Children’s Rights

In light of some recent discussions I’ve had on this and other web sites, I wanted to define what exactly I believe children’s rights to be and the issues regarding those rights. These are basic principles that guide my own involvement with matters related to the Family as well as my life outside of all this. From the Family Regarding SPF

While the foundation web site is still under development, as explained in the second letter below, a section on this web site has been set up to post information related to SPF. We are committed to the principles of full disclosure and transparency, and any public statements made by any person speaking on behalf of the Foundation, as well as statements from Family representatives regarding the Foundation will be made available. Family YAs & SGAs in Brazil

[p]On July 1, 2003, the following letter was sent to the public and leadership email addresses for the Family. We requested that this information be forwarded on to young people in Brazil through the Family's own methods of communication. We have not yet received a response from any of these people, and we understand that these things can take time to coordinate and publish. [br][p]However, due to the urgency of this topic and in order to start the process of coordination for young people wishing to leave the Family from Brazil, we are posting this correspondence here.
