Family pics
Our family had a bunch of photos destroyed during the " security purge" in the Family sometime during the 80's (as was everyone else in the Family). I hardly have any photos of any of us or our friends when we were young. My husband (who doesn't know anything about the Family) and I were making our photo album, and he's got so many baby photos, and I only have pics from when I am 12 or so. It kind of makes me mad, because they can't ever be replaced.   (reply to this post)

My family has more than most when it comes to pics of us kids, but they're all cut up. My dad thought he'd be saving something by cutting only the heads out of most of the pictures, so they're full of little round holes. We really don't have many photos though. It is sad.

When we had to surrender all our pixs, I cut off the heads and saved the bodies. For a few years, I had a mini-photo album of my friends' torsos and legs to remember them by. (If you read this post first, without the one above it, it sounds like I'm an pyscho ax murderer!) Actually...

a similar thing happened to my family. we were not let back into the country & of course only had our "flee bags" with us. the osaka school was supposed to send the rest of our stuff to korea for us but i think it all went into forsake all... (ptl! i really needed a bag of photos of other people & their kids!!)
yeah, so there go the memories.
i've actually met people i hardly know who have more pics of my childhood than my family does!

Does anyone know what happened to Stacy? Her Mom was named Crystal and her sisters Jewel, Sarah and Clair. She was in a Boston in the mid '90s, then joined the Navy I think. A few years ago I heard she was in the Dallas area but was never able to contact her. Please inform if any of you know where she is.   (reply to this post)

Were you all able to get ahold of Stacy and Jewel? I live in Dallas, I visit Stacy's family often. She doesn't live here in Dallas, she lives in Colorado with her husband but she is staying at her mom's place while her husband is on West Pack.
Jewel lives in Atlanta but will be visiting in a week or so, she'll be staying at her sister Sarah's place for a few weeks.
If you haven't received any info on them all contact me at my e-mail.

She's in Dallas w/ her kids, well kid, she's pg w/ her 2nd. She's living w/ her mom and Clare right now as far as I know...I'd have to find out the number. If you give me your name and who you are, next time I talk to them I'll tell her you're lookin for her.

I believe the girl you're talking about was called Mary/Abigail. As far as I know she has been in Thailand, married and with a family for years now. I could be wrong but that's what I remember.

No, the Marie you are referring to did get merried to Aaron Fighter, I believe they are living in Oklahoma right now, they are still in the F., Aaron a.k.a. Andrew, has been sick with cancer in the throat and is hanging on by a thread, he has gone through a few operations and has been doing ok, they have about 4 kids and recently Marie was also diagnosed with some sort of cancer, I believe but she is now doing good.
Marie is the daughter of Hosea Berg.

Hi there, yeah, know about Marie/Blessing, was there when they started getting together.
But, years earlier at the HCS he started going "steady" with another Mary, a very nice girl, whom we were told was demon possessed and sent off to Macau.

Yes, that Mary is the one I was referring to. Not "Marie", but Mary. I met her briefly in Thailand with her family about 5 year ago. Unrelated to Mary, I, too, would like to contact Aaron or Marie (Blessing). We used to be friends at the HCS.
