    Is discriminating against hiv positive people not illegal?

    I don’t know if maybe I’m a doofus, but isn’t discriminating (not accepting) HIV positive carriers not against the law? I just thought why not go after this instead iof all the harder to prove accusations?
    I personally don’t have aids but being of African American descent I always had a problem by the racist remarks and comments Berg made about my descent, and his later apology was BS. I just think this discrimination is wrong too, it’s easy to prove by their own charter of beliefs.
    Well there are my two cents, I’m sure Nancy will be able to give me the whole “ho down” if this is incorrect
