on ourselves on those we love
why do we desire death so much
why are we afraid
I wish we were stronger
I wish we could take what life throws at us without fear
I wish we could stop hurting

Purely a constructive criticism; if your "We" was replaced with "I", this would be quite powerful. Despite the We's, this is a raw and moving introspect even if that was not your intention. Thank you for posting it.

I actually wrote it the other day after one of my siblings attempted suicide so it sorta makes sense to say we rather then I as I haven't attempted suicide and about 6 of my siblings have. (reply to this comment
