The Libidinous Libido of Liberty

from Joe H - Friday, March 14, 2003
accessed 1215 times

I don't really know what this one's about

While liberty languished in bondage

Libido grew restless and then

Its lecherous lust spewed nonsense

That sucked all the ink from her pen

And life became sensous and slowly

Its needs would not be ignored

It clamored at what was controlling

Insisting the bonds would be torn

She broke all the windows but still

There were bars that held her inside

She could see, hear, and taste all the pleasures

That were waiting to nurture, to guide

Till one day her screams grew too loud

And the walls came tumbling down

So she rushed out to see the real world

And made love to the sights and the sounds

Then she went down to Hades to see

What was there, but nothing she'd find

Cause hell's where she'd spent all her youth

And heaven's a state of mind

Weekly Poll

What should the weekly poll be changed to?

 The every so often poll.

 The semi-anual poll.

Whenever the editor gets to it poll.

The poll you never heard about because you have never looked at previous polls which really means the polls that never got posted.

 The out dated poll.

The who really gives a crap poll.
