Looking for someone

I´m looking for someone that´ll be willing to split a house with me and my husband. We live in Rio and are looking for someone ( kinda like a flatmate ) to help split expenses. Preferably someone single, no vices, someone that has a profession , and preferably with no kids. We have a four year old daughter but she´s a really good little kid, really sweet. Our plan is to eventually ( hopefully next year ) buy ourselves a house outside of Rio. We wouldn´t be living near the city center but in the countryside. Hopefully, at the same time we will also be starting our own small business. This is not meant to be a "Home" ( God Forbid!!) we just need someone to split expenses with us, have fun, companionship, all those kind of good things.
