ex-culties in Cali?

from CarolOlv - Monday, January 17, 2005

Hey, anyone out here in Cali?? It'd be really nice to chat with someone who actually 1) believes my story, 2) understands and can relate. I'm living in Redondo Beach right now so if anyone's in the area it'd be nice to chat. I grew up in Brazil - ahaha, I was on the Family Fun's. It's so nice to find this website... I feel so understood.

Damn & I just moved from Cali........haha

Oh well, Cali has too many probs....taxes out the ass, everything overpriced, overcrowded.

But, hey its got everything, maybe if I do this contractor job for the next 10yrs I'll be able to afford a 1 bedroom house there....haha

Hit me up though I visit relatives there still in Redwood City, CA ( GAY Area ) AKA Bay area

Why would they think you're a recruiter for the cult?

I don't know.. the guy got really scared when I told him my story. At first he didn't believe me and then he was like "Oh my god! Are you one of those recruiters???" It was funny.. and sad.. but I have a sense of humor so it was more funny than sad.(reply to this comment

Southern California probably has more second-generation ex-members than any other state or province in the world. They run the gamut from outrageously successful to clowning at Walmart, and I'm told they throw great parties. So, looks like you're in the right place.

Yeah, I live in San Fran, though I don't know anyone else who lives in the city here. Drop me a line.

P.S. Last time I threw a party, Jesus came.(reply to this comment

Wow... I guess I did come to the right spot. So will I just randomly bump into them or is there an official ex-cultie hideout I can access? (reply to this comment
