A close reading of your article's title would lead one to infer that you are asking if any exer is in Finland ("exer's" = "exer is"). Since you appear to be in Finland, you have answered your own question. However, if you were trying to ask if there were any OTHER "exers" in Finland, you should have said "Are there any other exers in Finland?" The apostrophe is completely unnecessary. Remember, it's important to mean what you say, but it's also important to say what you mean. (reply to this comment)
