accessed 2216 times Looking For Jay and Rose I'm looking for Jay and Rose. They were "Sheperds" at a victor home in Pheniox, AZ. I don't know much about them, execpt that Jay is tall with dark hair, and Rose has wavy hair. They have a Daughters named Feli and Angela, and a son named Jonathan.

Rose is Feli's mom from her marriage to Big-Vy, I am not sure if that is the way you spell it. He's been out of the group for many years now, I used to know his legal name but I can't remember it, you know how they worked so hard not to let us remember legal names! :-p
Just to clarify, this Jay was not the one involved in the the Judge Ward case, it was a different person.

Are Jay and Rose the Paul and Rose from the Justice Ward Ruling, Paul being the guy who raped a 9 year old and Rose being the woman who was woken up by the child's screams and did nothing to help?

If you do find them, let us know where. I'd personally like to send them my regards, especially Rose.
I would be careful, though, those two are shady characters responsible for all sorts of abuse. Jay is Rose's second, third or fourth husband. She has children from numerous men and slept with even more. She loved to lay around having sex and popping out babies while she participated in some of the most horrific abuse in Mexico. She's like a female Jabba the Hut. Do let us know if you find her. We must let her know we remember her.

wrong Rose exister,that rose didnt have any daughters just sons.I never thought she was creepy at all, I really liked her and thought she was very sweet. My parents were going to fly here to Greece to deliver my sister but she came 6 weeks premature.And I know for a fact that at least one of her sons posts on here, I doubt you would like someone saying that your mother was creepy for no apparent reason.(reply to this comment) |

No, not that one. That was Servant's wife. They lived in that border home all those years. Their sons are good people.
The Rose we're talking about had long stringy dirty blond hair. She was almost always knocked up. She lived in the Monterrey TC, then Jay arrived from CA, and they moved to Guadalajara. Her son is Jonathan, the guy they wrote that publication at the HCS about. I think it was called Rotten Apples. Poor guy! They tortured him for being "cool" and singing the Beatles song Yesterday. Then they sent him to LA with his mother, Rose. She also had a son named Andres. Feli wasn't her daughter. She had nine kids, almost all from different men. She was the one having sex in the toddler room with that tall, skinny creepy guy, Tim, at least until Jay arrived. Yuck! Just thinking about that dumpy witch makes my skin crawl. She was pure evil to the core! She was responsible for a lot of suffering. So, ironic that she would end up with a man as wicked as she is. May they both burn in the hell of obscurity, as the people they totured as children create beautiful lives for themselves.(reply to this comment) |

Jay and Rose were in San Diego in 2001, and are most likely still there. I was still in TF back then, and there were like eight homes in SD, and theirs was one of them. All the "PR" homes were there, including the home with the Family's 800 number (which probably can be found on the Family website). If I were you, I would call the 800 number, say you're interested in a "Bible study" with Jay, and they will most likely hook you up.

Jay and Rose are living in San Fransico right now, and they go by their legal names, Phil and Cindy. I know various ways to contact them if anyone is truly interested. I don't know how many of you are actually looking for them, or if you just want to sit around dredging up bad times.
When I knew them they seemed to be pretty okay people, a little intense, but nothing horrific. Then again I know plenty of adults that made a lot of teens lives miserable, who now seem to have a very nice "decent moral citizen" cover, lol.
Anyways if anyone is interested just contact me. And also, if Feli is not their daughter, who's is she? I always kind of wondered about that, cuz she was quite different.

I just skimmed the Form 990. On page 33 of 43 the list:
"Missionary Support for Missions Providing: Services to Youth at Risk
From the Heart
Cynthia Salazar & Phillip Slown

That is unbelievable, to think a known sexual predator and a child abuser would be running any "services" for youth! Those youth are more at risk of being abused by Salazar and Slown. I have personal first hand knowledge of Salazar's abuse of children as young as one year old. I personally witnessed the black and blue bruises on young toddlers inflicted by her. I heard their screams coming from the bathroom. I also witnessed Salazar's daughter Angela following in her mother's shoes and abusing toddlers in her care when she was just 12 years old. Angela was under Salazar's supervision, so Salazar is ultimately responsible. I witnessed Salazar abusing a young girl with Turners Syndrome, a genetic disorder, not to mention neglecting her medical care by denying her medication. I would personally testify in any court of law as to the evidence I possess of Salazar's abuse of children and teenagers. She personally abused me.
Now, as to Slown, doesn't Megan's Law apply here? Don't the authorities need to be notified that a known sexual abuser is living in the area, much less running some sham of a youth program? I cannot think of two more guilty people of whom I have personal knowledge of their crimes than these two characters. They've abused scores of children in multiple countries. Where is the email address of the man at the CFC who I spoke with? I'll personally supply him with an affidavit of my knowledge of these two individuals receiving money through the FCF.
Those who have first hand personal knowledge of other child abusers and sexual predators in the Family, should have a look at this Form 990 and see if those individuals are listed and email that man I spoke with in the CFC. No matter how long ago it was, these individuals do not have clean hands and should not be receiving federal funds or working with children.
While we’re discussing it, does anyone know the real names of a couple called Lovelight and Aaron? They lived in Texas around 1986-1987 then they moved to Japan. They had a son named Jonathon who was eight years old when they were in Texas. Now, those two were child abusers. Lovelight liked to fill the mouth of a year and a half old toddler with hot sauce and make him stand in a corner for more than an hour. When he screamed in pain she would haul him off to the bathroom and spank him until his little legs, backside and back were black and blue. It was pitiful! I was only 13, but I was affected every time it happened, which was numerous times over a five month period. The toddler’s mother had just left the Family. He had seven siblings, including a teenage girl who was 13 years old and named Amanda. The family, of whom Lovelight abused nearly every child member, later moved to Greece with their father. Their father was often on the road, so he didn’t see a lot of the most horrific abuse. It was at Lovelight and Aaron’s direction that I was beaten for more than an hour. Afterwards, the bed in their room was turned over as I fought back. They beat me with a metal fly-swatter. The blood vessels in my arms were broken from fighting. From my knees to my back I had black, blue and red marks. There wasn’t a half inch area on my thighs or lower back which was normal skin color and not bruised. I had a two inch cut across my thigh where the metal cut my leg. I still have the scar. I even had some marks across my face. When a woman who had been visiting the home came by a week or so later, she saw some of the bruises when my long shorts slipped up as I sat down on the floor. She was horrified and asked me what happened. I told her I fell off a chair. She knew I was lying, but I didn’t know what else to say. This was only the first time this happened to me, and it was due to me having told Lovelight and Aaron’s son to “butt out” when he wanted to start an argument over a conversation I had with another kid. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, those are the cold hard unexaggerated facts. I’ve recounted them before, as no matter how much time passes, they do not change in the least. They can never be undone. What does Zerby and her crew call these facts? “Mistakes”? “Harsh discipline”? We call it torture and child abuse here in the West. I wonder if the “mistake” defense would hold up in a murder or rape trial?

I have some very recent information about both Cindy and Phil--as recent as 2008. Cindy is my big sister and when I read these really troubling comments about her I can only say how she was exactly like that as a teenager around her younger siblings. They are currenly living in Graham, Washington and have moved back to be next to our parents. They have caused an incredible amount of disruption and confusion in our family. The stories I could tell about their lieing and cheating and manipulation seem to point out that they haven't changed a bit. They are smoooooth scam artists and crooks. Yes, I lived with Aaron and Lovelight in PR. And you are right on about them. Lovelight always "applied" for the toddler position and acted all wonderful with the shepherds and then would have the strangest ways of taking care of the kids. She was scheduled to take the todds right after me in the morn so I could go to Word time and I still remember the looks in their little eyes when they would see her coming! Total fear. They would start crying whenever they would see her and beg me to stay. We used to laugh that she was so ugly (and hairy) that the todds were scared! But I knew it was more then that. She was using corporal punishment on 1 1/2 year olds. Very sad. Aaron was also a bit strange as was their son.(reply to this comment) |
