I think James Penn might have a copy. Maybe someone should write him and ask. Also, if you go onto the exfamily.org site (there's a link on the home page of movingon) and put up a post about it on the generationxers chat board, I'm sure they'll be able to tell you where to find it. They would have been the ones leaving before the book was burned.

I've been contacted by people who tell me they have the book, but I haven't received any scans yet. I know that the $cientolgists were able to sue, based on copyright infringment, those who posted "secret docs".
I wouldn't want anyone to get into legal trouble here, but if anyone emails me the scans, I have no problem passing them on. And I am looking for copies or scans to use in my TV piece, and I don't need to reveal where I got such materials.

I just found this comment made by Berg in "The Advantages of Having Children" (May 1978) and quoted by Lord Justice Ward:
"You can throw a lot of that old stuff out! We're writing a whole new childcare series called The Davidito Series. (!!!)Maria was wondering why she had to get pregnant and have a baby. She couldn't see any good reason for it at all(!!!), but look what happened! God knew why! Amen? PLT! Davidito was to become an example to the world and inspire" lots of childcare material! Thank God!"
That seems to fit in with Ricky's comment that Zerby saw him only as a comodity and never truly wanted to have him in the first place.

i personally was not able to leave with very interesting material, however if someone has some i am more than willing to consecrate my time to scanning and getting stuff online....just let me know. if material is lent i will return it to its owner immediately after scanning.

It's not about getting it on line, it's about getting your hands on it . . . it was burnt in the "purge" and the only books left were snuck out of TF before they were burnt.
