Official Vas Bashing Thread

from exister - Thursday, November 20, 2003
accessed 3727 times

The Vas bashing in other threads was too good to let it die, so here goes.

I lived with him when he was but a wee squirt of 12 years in Guadalajara, Mexico. I watched a van's right front wheel seize up and grind his foot into the pavement. The 5+ fractures and a cast got him plenty of sympathy from the resident hotty, Dulce.

The allure he held for females despite his short stature and nappy semi-fro was always a mystery. I lived with him in several homes and I can't remember a single one in which he didn't tap the most sought after piece of ass.

As for being a kiss ass, he once apologized to me for making out with a girl I liked in a van. Like I cared!

If you have any fun recollections regarding this laughable Greek American then lay them down below.

BTW, is he still in or has the never-ending hunt for tail led him to greener fields?

OMFG

Vas, Vasaline! I have'nt heard that name since we went to TTC in mexico. Oh this is great, I just remembered a bunch of repressed memories or something. We used to call him Vasaline, and being the truly humble dude he was, he would say he still loved us. Lewzer!

1. Are you referring to social Distortion as crap or Vas's music as crap?

2. If you know the band I'm referring to but don't know Vas's music, how can you rightly make a comparison?

3. If you are asking why I listen to Vas's music, and you are referring to his music as crap. My reply would have to be that anyone within the family over the past ten years HAS to have heard something from Vas. So I don't listen to it at all, I LISTENED to it.

4. If you ask why I listen to social distortion and that their music is crap. My reply would be: Because they're a great fucking band dude!...

I've actually never heard Vas' music. I knew him when we were kids. He was half decent at the time. He was in trouble a lot, so I thought he was half smart and had a mind of his own. I had no idea he would sell out. I guess there were so many people leaving over the years that he finally got the opportunity to be the guy. It's all very strange because I thought the cult was opposed to celebrities and would tear people down if they became too liked or known. I guess both Vas and the cult sold out when they embraced each other. Sad really!

I remembered Vas like a prisoner of war held captive by his parents. It's heart-breaking to learn his parents won, and Vas gave up and sold his soul and free will and life to the cult. It was a loss, as he seemed to have a caring personality at one time. I think the cult beat that out of him.

He says he never experienced abuse. He's lying. His dad beat him. Poor man. He gave up and gave in. I wonder if he even remembers when he first did it. (reply to this comment

I was unfortunate to have lived with his mother, that woman is a walking advertisement for a plentyfull source of strong and durable straightjackets. You know what they say, where you see one, there are ten more hiding in the walls.

Here's an idea, you can even have a pair ebroidered with your parents/step-parents' names, and "give" it to them as a present. Sort of an aniversary of joining the cult kinda thing.

Vas's mother, Laurie Myers (Victory), has to take a heap of blame for the way her child turned out. Laurie has been "dating" my father for the last ten years, and he has helped to raise her younger children. In all of my experiences with her, she has been pathologically selfish (even to her very young children), hurtful, has proven herself to be unable to deal with everyday life. I always liked Clay, as far as TFI uncles went he was among the best... In my opinion she ruined him. No, I cannot accept that he had all "the good sucked out of him" by someone else, as if he was some passive player. There IS such a thing as too passive, too wimpy to help another. As Clay's child from his first marriage, I cannot help but hold him accountable for his actions. He has spent a lifetime looking for someone to tell him what to do, as long as it didn't mean looking after the seven children (me and six from his second marriage) he helped create.

Yes, he liked to play basketball with the guys. Yes, he is mild mannered and my inclination is that he wasn't involved in the raping of little girls. But that doesn't make him a good guy. As much as it breaks my heart to say it, he is responsible for all the hurt and broken lives his girlfriend (Vas's mom) loved to create just as much as if he did it himself.

When did they all go insane? They were weird before, religious fanatics, but not necessarily certifiable.

It's offensive. Their "Loving Jesus" doctrine and practice is offensive! Not even the media is talking about it because it's so yuck. When did it become okay to take Christ and imagin sexual acts with him. If it were Budda or Mohammed, I think some folks would be equally offended. What the?

The "outgoing and dumb as wood" was dead on. The "pathologically selfish" was just as good. That pretty much describes my mother and step-father as well. "Outgoing and dumb" descibes all the SGAs I've met who are still in. I'm just wondering how they get from that to sex with Jesus. It's a big leap.(reply to this comment

I believe the "Loving Jesus" was a politically orchestrated move on Zerb's part in order to establish herself as the new leader of the Family. If I remember correctly, this "revelation" came in 1995 or 1996, right after Berg died. Zerb must have felt that she needed to prove herself a prophetess to her flock and come up with something really outrageous.

Also, I think the upper leadership may have needed to find out who was loyal to The Family and whose loyalties rested with their dead prophet. Something so outlandish and repugnant as simulating sex with a diety did just the trick.

Some of the best evidence of the substandard or non-existent education children raised in the Family received is their own writing. Vas is a perfect example. His writing is appalling. I can barely understand what he is trying to convey in some of his run-on, convoluted and non-sensical sentences. He uses words of which he obviously doesn't know the definition or proper use. He puts words in awkward contexts. It's just a mess, and he is one of the better writers among his cult kid peers.

The Family is ridiculous to create websites to highlight the poor education of their children as evidenced in their poor grammar and convoluted writing style.

Apparently there are plenty of feeble minded women where he comes from, 'cause it seems to have worked. That anyone would want to sleep with a guy like that is bizarre, that some one would marry him is frightening, that they would breed is almost criminal to the poor children that will be burdened with his dumbo ears and velcro head. Most guys I know would probably say Vas did you a favour. – Who’d want to go out with a girl who’d do that little prick anyhow. – Worse yet if she actually thinks he’s some sort of celebrity, unless you like a girl with bad taste.

Amos, Jesus is not going to bless you for going on naughty sites like this. You are wasting precious moments that you could be going down on Jesus! Now go put on that nice song, "Craving to slake your thirst for cock", and go have loving Loving Jesus time. PTL!!!! Let us know how it went. We could use a good laugh.(reply to this comment

Oh my dear sweet Jesus! These lyrics have convicted me sooooooo much! Forgive me for straying so far from the fold! Please welcome me back into thy rotting groping arms and allow me to humbly suck thy seed with little amos here!

HEY! Little shit! Nobody cares about your perv of a dead god or the music that you people squeeze out of your rectums during your necrophiliac fantasies!(reply to this comment

First, your cult's lyrics don't "speak to us" so there is no point in using them to prove your point (or lack thereof). You may as well be quoting from the instruction manual of DIY kit for a toy airplane.

Second, what was that you wrote a few post above? "im (sic) not gonna be reading the replies to this, so dont bother". Either, through some miracle, you blindly posted you comment to the proper thread, or your fascination for us exers is getting the better of you. :)(reply to this comment

I think your right, he has a craving of his own. It does have a spelling similar to my craving these summer days: a craving to slack! Take care and don't forget that, as Vicky mentioned, "we're all waiting for another talk!"(reply to this comment

Leave this poor schmuck be, he is obviously devoid of any higher brain function. He wouldn't last 5 minutes in the real world; he needs a separate entity to make his decisions for him. I f he ever does decide to leave he'll just end up in some other fundamentalist religious group. Or worse yet, in the tenderloin district of some major metropolitan area giving hand jobs for crack. Unfortunately there is a sucker born every minute and a world full of scum bags waiting to fuck them over.

Hey Amos I dare you to try leaving, to see if you have what it takes…Oh who am I kidding WTF do I care, one less person in the unemployment line sucking up my tax dollars.

P.S. You just better not come crawling back when you hit retirement age begging for a piece of my Social Security, IRA or 401K. None for you……….. Bitches!!!

AwsomeA, doesn't the truth hurt? The truth is so fantastically painful that it can often be best discribed only with large tirades of four letter words.

Free will is a wonderful thing, perhaps you'll understand that some day.(reply to this comment

True, everyone has the right to pursue the life they want. You can choose to be a tiresome, brainwashed cult drone while others choose to masturbate in their own fecal matter, and frankly I can't make much of a qualitative distinction between the two.(reply to this comment

Yes, you're right Amos. We should stop picking on those tiny little insignificant faults about your cult like rapes, severe beatings, and your odd taste for fucking 2000 year old dead people. We should not pick on your "choice" to be a called out Jesus blower. (I guess the fact that none of us had any choice is irrelevant to this brat).

Oh yeah, and he's right about the swearing, guys. There's just too goddamn much of this fucking swearing going on! I'm getting so motherfucking sick of all these shitty dirty mouths! What the fuck is wrong with you assholes? Can't you just praise the lord when you feel like swearing?(reply to this comment

"Think about it - it's the easiest, crappiest music in the world, right? If we just sing about how much we love Jesus, all the Christians will buy our crap."

sings: "Whenever I see Jesus up on that cross/I can't help but think that he looks kinda' hot."

sings: "I want to get down on my knees and start pleasing Jesus. I want to feel his salvation all over my face."
