Jotham, Chip, Christmas, all these straggling transient bachelor home hoppers are the biggest nutjobs of them all. They're pretty much fanatic problem cases that no home wants. They just have some forte -i.e. can run defrag- and are only good for a temporary vote member for homes that don't meet charter requirements (cause the home shepherds SGA son & wife justleft TF).
