    Israel has commited an atrocity against the people and the environment

    Israel targeted and destroyed out the major oil refineries in the southern coast of Lebanon, knowing full well that the currents of the mediterranean flow northward away from Israel. This is a crime against the environment and other nations. The slick from this aerial photo shows how it has engrossed the whole nations coastline and is threatening to reach Syria, Cyprus even Greece. I've been to the Mediterranean and it's one of the most pristine and beautiful body of warm water in the world. I can't believe this happened in Europe's back door, the sad thing is there is no one to clean it up. Why doesn't the EEU send some people down there to clean things up? Obviously because they are scared of retaliation from the international community for sympathizing with Lebanon.
