Getting On : All My Politics
Negative bias in this weeks poll | from moon beam - Monday, February 28, 2005
accessed 1125 times I thought this weeks poll was a good one. However, it was heavily biased in the negative.
For instance there was no option for more positive experiences;
Had family and/or friends to suport me during my time of transition.
Have recieved counselling and have found it helpfull.
Didn't receive any counselling, I managed to get by and have been dealing with things slowly in my own way, in my own time.
Didn't receive any counselling but am thinking about it as I still have issues.
I have forgiven but not forgotten and have been actively seeking justice.
I have managed to move on and make something of my life, without any formal education.
I am highly succsesful and look forward to the future.
I completed an education and feel good about myself and my accomplishments.
I am gaining an education and though it's a struggle, I am gaining more knowledge and understanding every day.
My past still haunts me but I feel that time has been a healer. |
