Maybe it's just me? I think that word is used far to often. I for one, am sick of hearing it. I guess I associate it somehow as family lingo. People in the real world dont use it ever! It just seem to be a word associated with the family to me.
Example:
" So many teenagers were disillusioned with the system and religion in the 60's"
" pray for the systemites who are disillusioned with the world they live in"
Now being used as by SGA's all the time for different reasons. I dont know why. Lets come up with something better to say. Who else is so over the use of that word?
