    Does anyone know if/where the judgment of the court in the BI case was reported/recorded in the law reports? I've run a search, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks.

    Thanks, I've read it. I'm looking for the reference and so want to know whether it was reported by any of the law reports, if anyone knows.(reply to this comment)

    It likely will not be. It is a lower court opinion with findings of fact, not law--law reports see little value in publishing those. Try Westlaw UK. (reply to this comment)

    I know, I think was the High Court, as it was Ward LJ, but lots of his judgments have been reported. I was hoping.... I've tried Westlaw, Lexis and Justis with no luck. Thanks anyway though. :)(reply to this comment)
