from Albatross - Monday, August 26, 2002 accessed 1759 times Do you have a story of abuse in the Family? Myself and others are working on gathering info to use in seeking Justice. At the end of my article title “what’s next?” I provided an email address for those who wished to contact me with questions on my article and my suggestions for what the Family needs to address and change. I have received many emails with quite a bit of helpful feedback. I have also received a good many emails requesting information on how to get involved in actions against The Family. In order to clarify the contact information, I will detail it below. I am working with someone named Jack. Jack posted an article under “Seeking Justice.” The article is titled “The line in the sand” Jack is handling the details of compiling the information of our stories of abuse in The Family. Jack’s contact address is Forjusticeforall@yahoo.com. For obvious reasons, Jack will remain anonymous at present. Understandably however, there are those who wish to have some more information as to who they are dealing with before they begin to share the details of their abuse. In order to address that issue I will provide my basic personal information for those who wish to attach a name to this effort. I understand that this will eventually open me up to attacks on my motives, character and past. We have learned that the family is not averse to attacking those who speak up. But it is important to attach a name to an effort. My name is Daniel. My parents are Ado and Kanah. I am 27 years old and have been out since sept 1995. I am a student and technology manager. I have posted quite a bit on this site. I post under the screen name “Albatross.” Jack, I, and others have become convinced of the necessity of bringing The Family to Justice, as well as the need to affect change in the cult. We are working to this end. If you are in agreement with that basic principle, and have a story of abuse to tell, please contact Jack at Forjusticeforall@yahoo.com If you are interested in discussing the need, the viability, the pros, or cons of going after the Family. Or if you just simply disagree and want to let us know, please feel free to write me, Daniel, at familyabuserlist@aol.com Daniel |
