Mr Miller/Abner I think lives in Queensland Australia they left the family maybe about 7 years ago?

Sue and Andy split up and Andy married a Taiwanese women name rose, I'm not sure where they are now....

Sue married a aussie guy named Nick...

Sue and Nick have since split up and nick is still in the family (i think) while Sue I think has left some years ago and her son is anti family as far as I know... I think they live somewhere in Queensland too...

I would pay a decent amount of money to have michale flayed. That guy was number one on my "payback list" when I was a kid. Anyone up for it? (Flaying that is.)

I was born on the farm in Macau, but left when i was just 5yrs old so I can't remember faces or names but I do remember incidents. I was always scared of Ho as I saw him giving "spankings" to the teenagers, once with this big plank of wood. He had a nasty temper and once, because i was walking too slow, he pulled me by my hair to the car (I don't consider that abuse). I later had occasion to live with him & his then-family off & on from the age of 11-15 on returning to Asia & while he still frightened me & had an explosive temper, I didn't see any abuse.

Having lived here in Macau for the past 5 years I have heard countless stories about the infamous HO & his shady dealings with local mafia, etc. But I do find it interesting, and a little surprising, that I haven't read any complaints about him here on the website.

Pulling you by the hair is abuse. Explosive temper is probably abuse too. My personal rule of thumb is that if an adult cannot get away with doing something to another adult (pulling a co-worker by the hair, throwing an angry temper tantrum in a restaurant, for example, generally gets you a very cool reception by other adults if not a visit by the cops), then it is equally wrong for an adult to do it to a child. Other adults can stay away from crazies who pull hair and throw tantrums but kids cannot escape nearly as easily. I also think other adults have a responsibility to stop people who abuse children.

Seems to me that in the cult, everyone is abused, from the top on down to the children. It may be more mild now, but the same philosophy persists. Instead of respect and responsibility, it's (nearly) anything goes as long as you do it with love. Or as my cult sister puts it, "It's not WHAT you do, it's what you INTEND to do, that counts."

And isn't it crazy how they mean something different when they say "done in love" than most people would interpret as "done in love"?(reply to this comment
