I am the older sister of a current Family member. My sister, who has eight children, has been a member for nearly 30 years. I have never been in the Family. I am here, reading and contributing, in order to understand what happened to my sister; why she and others in the First Gen joined a cult and stayed there so long. My husband and I have assisted my nieces and nephews after they left the Family and we hope to do so with the remaining nieces and nephews as well. We are very proud of my nieces and nephews who have left TF and become successful, productive and happy people.
