If you have parents in the cult, who become incapable of supporting themselves, (i.e. handicapped, old age)

I would take care of them fully. 

I would take care of them so long as no cult material or beliefs are brought into my life. 

I would put them in a living assisting facility. And visit.

Doesn't concern me. If they leave and put themselves in a carehome, then I'll visit for tea maybe. 

Frankly, I wouldn't even go to their funeral.
