Looking for German Phil
Hi all,

I used to live with two guys you may know, German Phil and Jean Baptiste in London in 2001. Sadly Jean passed away as a result of a car accident in late 2001 in France.

If any of you knew him, I think you would agree that he was a very kind-hearted person who would do anything to help former Family members to set up a new life. He was only 19 and all he was working towards was helping others. I for one will never forget him.

I moved to Australia in 2002 but would like to get back in touch with Phil. Can anyone tell me where he is?

If so please contact me. My boyfriend Mat and I lived in the Canary Wharf area.

I believe Phil is still in London, but no idea how to get in contact with him. Although knowing him he's most likely still in touch with the "old family croud". On the subject of John B., he was indeed a lovely guy. At least the bastard drink driver who killed him got justice!

Assistance requested
I hope someone may be able to provide me some assistance. Let me explain:

My two youngest children (boys) are ages 13 and 11. When we left the family, I was divorced, and they were 6 and 4, and so they don't remember much at all about the Family. They were both a "result" of sharing within the Family, and so do not have the same father as each other, or the same father as their older brother and sisters. My ex-husband has not seen them in 6 years and is a complete NON factor in their lives and does not want to be their "father" in any way (although of course at the time they were born, that was not the case, because of the Family doctrine of "real fathers" not being determined by biology, etc.).

My new husband is doing a great job of stepfathering, but of course, since we have only been married less than a year, the boys know he is not their "real" father. They are starting to ask questions about their father. They have just always assumed it is my ex-husband, although they do not remember him at all. I do not want to lie and tell them that is the case....esp. since my ex-husband wants nothing to do with them, but, I do not even know the "real" name of either of their fathers! Only "Bible" names.

I would like to be able to contact their biological fathers to discuss this. I do NOT want money from either of them. I do NOT want love or romance from either of them (obviously, since I remarried last year). I just want to talk to them about how to handle this.

I thought perhaps if I described what I know about each of them here, someone might know something? Or perhaps I might get really lucky and one or both of them may read this?

Father #1- American, Bible name James. Was in Guadalajara, Mexico in app. 1991, where he spent a few days in jail after being picked up busking with some teen girls. Later worked at NACRO in Monterrey (1992), then went to Mama and Peter's Home. I vaguely remember his first legal name may have been Thomas.

Father #2- Canadian, Bible name James. Was in Dallas, Texas in 1994. Took a lot of road trips and was very good at selling videos to Vietnamese, Laotians, etc. Had some children- I remember a (then) YA named Phil and (then) Jett son (Johnny???). Tall, charismatic. Many years previously was on a Family video talking about a failed attempt by Ted Patrick to deprogram him. May have "gotten together" with or married a sister named Rachel in Toronto in 1995. First legal name may be Michael, birthday November 5th.

First of all, let me say that I am sorry that I can't give you any information regarding either of the individuals you are trying to trace. My suggestion would be for you to post this as an actual article on this site (log in at the top right hand of the page in order to do this) as you'd be more likely to get a result. Good luck with your search and I extend my deepest sympathies concerning the difficulties you will face in trying to make the circumstances of your childrens' conception understandable to them. Another sad, sad case of the cult's terrible legacy.

What classification for those who joined and underage
I was wondering what classification was there for those who joined and were under-age. We were too young to be FG or were'nt actually born as SGs. What about F(1/2)Gs or (-)SGs, or how about "YOU LEFT US OUT GENERATION" kids, let me see that would be YLUOG? What do you think. I'm sure there were alot of us.

Oh, I know, how about "FGs & SGs FORGOT ABOUT US GENERATION" that would be FGSGFAUG.

I think if they joined because their parents joined they should be considered sga. If they went through the same victor programs as all of us I don't see why not. However if they joined as an adult although underage they should be considered as a fga. Does that make sense?

I heard through reliable sources that Simon, son of Abner and Mary(swiss), committed suicide recently. I knew he had been out of TF for a while, don't think I met him, but knew his family. Can anyone confirm this?   (reply to this post)
