iTunes For Windows
I’ve long considered Apple iTunes one of the best mp3 players currently available, and now available is the Windows-compatible version. I can’t wait to go home, install it and see if it stands up to all the mighty promises from Apple. In addition to a PC, I have an iMac, and so far iTunes is the only player I use but I am looking forward to testing the functionality of Windows Media Player 7.1 for the Mac OS X.

	Jules, July 10, 2003, 14:46 My Hotmail Account was used by someone else Just wanted to let people know that my MS Messenger account was accessed by a teenage boy in the Family. If you received strange emails or were contacted through MS Messenger by someone claiming to be me in the last 3 days, please know that this was not from me. I fell for the spoofed "please reactivate your account" email, which was pretty dumb of me. However the kid that did this is even dumber than me, since he registered to use this spoofing form with an email address that is linked to his real identity. http://profiles.yahoo.com/like_gar Just in case anyone else receives spoofed emails like this from people with nothing better to do, I suggest turning on the "full header" option in your hotmail account. Go to options > mail display settings > message headers and select "full". This way you can see exactly where an email has come from, and if the "from" and "received from" lines don't match, you know it is fradulent. The young man in question (Richard Ikaros Hansen) has been reported to Hotmail, Yahoo and his own ISP. If anyone has any concerns about information sent to me that may have been accessed by this young person, please contact me (at jules@movingon.org) Thanks, Jules (reply to this post)

I have lived with his family in the same home he is living now. It is just fun and games for him & no reason to get too upset. The more upset you get the more happy it will make him. Yeah I understand you are pissed as it's a total invasion of privacy to be accessing someone else's email account but at the same time it was just a joke for him and believe me telling hotmail, yahoo and his isp is not going to make a different. You should have seen the smile on his face when I told him you were pissed at him accessing your account. Here in the States or Canada yeah sure there are actually laws that people abide by. I know the laws of the country he is in and it's just not going to work. You can remove this as it's more of a private letter to you. Just wanted to let you know that he means no harm. Java vs. C++
Does the steam from Java coffee get in the eyes of those who See++ ?

A question to all programmers: Which language do you prefer to code in (in general) Java or C++? Or do you not like either of these and prefer to use say, .Net, or whatever else? I’m just curious. Many of my programmer friends are strongly divided on the issue; whereas, I think there are areas (applications) in which one is more appropriate than the other.

I do agree with one of my friends who said she doesn’t consider VB a “real” programming language; although I do think VB is fun to play with.
