Help
I want to reword my poll but I can't figure out how. I looked it over after posting and I think it will be confusing.

It should read:

Interesting
First of all, I only clicked reply to the previous post, because I couldn’t figure out how to start a new post. Forgive me on that.

Anyway, I need help. I have some very interesting page scans from a great book that talks about the laws of power and has a chapter about cults. They are about 13 pages and are all in a .tif file. I want to post it in an article because I believe many people will find it interesting but I don’t know if I can attach files (for I didn’t see an ‘attach file’ option). Would, someone please help me out, by letting me know how to go about posting it on the site?

How to....
A tiff file could be converted to a gif file. A gif file can display well on the internet but a tiff is going to be way too big and should not be attempted. Then, I suppose you could upload the gifs (which are like jpegs but better than jpegs for text)as images under your profile.

You could also find an application that does optical character recognition (OCR) and try to convert the whole chapter into a Word document which could be posted here as an article.

Or just retype it all by hand!

Picture uploading
Sara, I am having trouble with my email (can receive but not send) so I hope you see this. Your picture was not deleted but not uploaded at all since the filename had some special characters in it (). Rename the file and remove the brackets and try to upload it again and it should work.  (reply to this post)

Formatting in the comments section
How hard can it be to fix the bug that causes all the comments to have the formatting (eg. bold, italics, indented) of the one above it? Just put each one in it's own table cell or something! Being Canadian is no excuse for not understanding basic HTML! Perhaps you should take "Attentive to detail" off your resume.   (reply to this post)

Technical Issues and JW
Three things here.

1. If there are technical problems with this site (errors, etc.) please someone let me know. I only just found out the private message feature in the chat stopped working ages ago.

2. I don't always have time to fix something immediately. So FYI, besides the private chat, the upload images feature is also temporarily not available (thank you to the person who let me know about the images).

3. I need to clear JW's name. JW has informed me that contrary to my previous statements, he does not classify himself as a Christian or a Republican. My apologies to him and to Christians and Republicans. :)  (reply to this post)
