Peepers Weepers
I felt sick, almost to the point of weeping, when, this morning, I saw an episode of Treasure Attic airing on a local Spanish station here in LA.

| Joe H, April 7, 2003, 19:59 Joder! That's bullshit! We should talk to the company executives and tell them the truth. Latinos generally don't think too fondly of wife-swapping cults. (reply to this post) | | Jerseygirl, April 18, 2003, 16:33 You'd better believe it. "Cherub wings" was on TV here the other day as well as being sold in the local Toys R Us. (reply to this post) |

"When the Comet Comes!"
We were at the planetarium with the kids this weekend and I was reminded of a similar trip back in the 80's when Haleys comet was the big thing. We ended up laughing ourselves silly at Bergs notion that "We are the comets tail!" WTF was he thinking when that revelation was made??!

| xhrisl, March 15, 2003, 01:27 bad memory Whew, am I glad I'll never have to pass out that "paper agape" again. Good Lord, and we had to get money in exchange for that garbage---talk about fleecing the "sheep". (reply to this post) | | Vicky, March 25, 2003, 18:00
Hey xhrisl! I saw your family's photo on the homepage. Just wanted to ask who exactly of the clan you are, didn't recognise you from the more recent photos, guess you've changed quite a bit... I'm Vicky from DK (but I won't blame you if you can't remember me - Been a long time)! Well, hope you're well and nice to see a familiar face, at least. Cheers! (reply to this post) | | xhrisl, April 1, 2003, 04:47 Hi Vicky Long time Vicky, Yes I remember. Actually I am the oldest, in the Family I was known as "Daniel" but have also always gone by my birth name of Chris. Where are you now and what have the years brought your way? I look forward to hearing more from you, just drop me a line. (reply to this post) | | Vicky, April 1, 2003, 17:13
I thought it was you - your username is a bit of a clue so I felt a bit silly asking - Just wanted to make sure. I'll try to get around to writing you an email sometime soon; For now a very quick synopsis is that I'm married with two daughters, 7 & 4 yrs old, living in the UK since '94 and at the moment I'm at home with my girls but I'm starting college in Sept. (reply to this post) | | xhrisl, April 8, 2003, 03:50 Hey again Well, I was not near the computer all wekend so this is a little late....nonetheless, I am glad to hear your doing well---drop me a line at my regular e-mail, it's in my file. Look forward to hearing more from you soon. What about my poll???
I am so so sad that my "stella's loves" poll didn't make it on Jules most stupid poll list. I don't feel like I'm getting the recognition I deserve. This isn't right. I was trying to be controversial but I guess my loves don't really care if they're being degraded. I love you all my whores.

Current Poll: The Most Stupid
Ths current poll, "Which Were Your Favorite Letters?" has really got to be the dumbest I've seen on this site, it's like something out of the Yahoo Family Youth Group, ugh!!

| PompousJohn, February 19, 2003, 14:56 there was a dumber one The one about what would you do if ou were told to commit suicide cuz the antichrist was coming and bla bla bla... They didn't even have the response I would have chosen, which would have been to believe it all, but then just smile and watch everybody else kill themselves and take my chances with the antichrist. Arrestisi Con La Pasta
I hate being invited to people's houses for dinner when they cook pasta because very few know how to make pasta sauce that doesn't result in heartburn and the biological rebellion of the stomach. But of course, I won’t say what the correct way to make it is, because if I did, I’d have one less thing to bitch about. Pardon my bad Italian.

| Anthony, February 22, 2003, 14:41 Should Itr Be "Basta Con La Pasta"? At least it rhymes. Ciao (reply to this post) | | sarafina, February 8, 2003, 04:46 I'll make it right OOhh Anthony! I feel for you. You'll have to come over and let me cook you the real thing. It was hard coming from Italy to here.. the pasta was nothing alike. I think one of the main differences in the tomatoe sauce is Italians use a cream in the pasta sauce sort of like whipping cream but heavier and for cooking. It kills that really strong tomatoes taste and makes it smother and creamier. They also add a little sugar to the sauce. I know what your saying though its not the same as they make it here. (but next time we all get together we'll make it a Italian theme). I promise you won't be disappointed. (reply to this post) | | Anthony, February 8, 2003, 14:30 She Made Me An Offer I Can't Refuse Godfather anyone? LOL. (reply to this post) | | JoeH, February 5, 2003, 17:47 hmm I'm reminded of a quote about English cooking "All English mothers train their daughters to boil everything for several hours, just in case one of the dinner guests shows up without his teeth" But seriously, instead of being a picky-eater (which might get you exiled to the trailer park), why not just have noodles with some soy sauce on them? Unless of course, the noodles give you indigestion too. (reply to this post) | | Anthony, February 6, 2003, 17:32 English Cooking And a blender works wonders for those with no gums.
