Kindred spirit of splendor

I enjoy that you are so near.

You understand the joys and sorrows,

and the preciousness of our lives here;

How fragile we all are.

How much we truly need each other,

but are often afraid to admit that we do.

You know this longing to be together,

to be whole and not separate,

from this spirit we all share.

You know we are all one in the same,

interdependent and connected

You treat everyone with equal sustain.

Two souls connected,

Really is One soul knowing itself.

When you treat others with love,

you are giving yourself the same wealth;

All the love that you give is the love you receive.

The part that this knows,

is your united soul,

It sees its reflection wherever it goes.

Somewhere on the inside,

burns our desire to be whole,

as kindred spirits forever joined in embrace.
