    That never amounted to much

    Trapped in circumstances

    Trees and tumblweeds

    A flutter of hopes and dreams

    That aquire no terra firma

    And its all so easy in a world reduced to glib quotes

    Life distilled with a few "words of wisdom"

    The wisest was not hopeful

    His final and finally true summation

    "All is vanity"
