Sitting on the couch Staring at the clock I’ve got a dream catcher It’s hanging on the wall I haven’t been to work All week I haven’t done my chores I can’t eat So they took me to this clinic They told me I wasn’t well They said I have to be admitted To try to cure me from your spell Sitting in this room I think I’m about to panic I can’t control these moods Now I think I would like a sandwich I’ve got to know what it is that you’ve done to me Tell me my Voodoo girl, what have you done to me? ©Copyright 2003 by David A. I know we've got people in other sections calling for more positivity, but this song doesn't inspire any from me. I liked some of your other stuff but this one is just sad. (reply to this comment)

They're cliched, "you've got me under a spell" oooh, so original! I've done this kind of hackwriting for friends, under the condition that nobody would find out that I had written it, something like "In ways that you can never know, my love for you forever grows..." sentimental bullshit. Maybe I should get a job at Hallmark. And your voice, while not spectacular, is just as good as the other goofballs I hear on the radio, except that you don't have the luxury of studio enhancement. While we're on the subject of music, what happened to that link PompousJohn posted to his bands mp3.com page? (reply to this comment) |
