Getting Through : Creative Writing
Cybercrush! | from Bootylicious - Sunday, December 08, 2002 accessed 1638 times This is what happens when silly little girls get bored and have nothing better to do but write nonsense! Secretly typing Discreetly I'm writing A line full of folly to you Absently nodding Hopefully prodding To see something written by you Your joke Makes me giggle I laugh And I wiggle You flirt, I blush! My cybercrush! Foolishly missing Lyrically kissing A person I never have met Indecently cheating Obsessively reading Your texts on the Internet You come And I brighten We chat Or play fightin' We flirt I blush My cybercrush! It's transcontinental It never could last It's all accidental And soon will be past It's no-no It's naughty It's bogus It's haughty I sigh I blush My Cybercrush! |

This whole world of email correspondence is kind of...weird emotionally. I guess these days you have your first cybercrush at the age of thirteen. And perhaps it is looked upon as a rite of passage. Weird... Jon (reply to this comment)

| From Bootylicious Wednesday, January 01, 2003, 15:41 (Agree/Disagree?) Of course there are weirdos, MGP, and the whole point of the phrase "it's bogus" in the rhyme, means just that!!! It is all just foolishness, nonsense, nothing serious can ever come of it. One can't actually have a cyber relationship, and you need to always remember that it is easy to only show your polite or funny side in a chatroom. In real life we all look different! (BTW, MGP, it is spelt "innocence"!)(reply to this comment) |
| | From MGP Saturday, January 04, 2003, 14:06 (Agree/Disagree?) Good point, I always tend to show my aggressive side on the net. Its part of the net culture and people must learn to accept that net culture is different to "open" culture and people appear a lot wierdier cause they lose their inhibitions. This is very much the case with me if you've ever chatted with me you'll recognise that.(reply to this comment) |

Uh, about Andrew7 aka A.F., a couple days ago on ExFam, some interesting info about this character came from someone who apparently knew him, Nick Proctor. Apparently '7*' was asked to leave TF for getting weird prophecies they didn't like and has been in and out of mental institutions pretty recently, seems to explain his obsession w/ that BS, yet being out of TF. IMO, it holds up, cuz 7*'had been ranting up a storm as of late on ExFam about his crap and how wonderful TF is, dumb theories, flaming, etc. well as of this last info, no more 7* comments on it at all. Not that anyone cares, but I think this solves the in-TF/not-in question -- he's just a crazy guy TF kicked out who thinks it's all a big test from the Lord. (reply to this comment) |
