from MGP Friday, December 06, 2002 - 12:26 (Agree/Disagree?) Thats an easy trick - took me 1 second to work out! The 5 inital cards shown do not match up to the last 4 cards shown so of course the card you picked isnt there! I remember a story of a fellow who beat a card trickster at that card game where you have 3 cards and they shuffle them in front of your eyes and you have to pick the one out, well - he said he'd do even better than that & pick up the two he hadnt picked - so of course he won.
