Well, I can't give you any information on how to contact her, but I can tell you that her legal name was Kazue Narita.....that is if she had the same last name as her grandparents. We always called them the "N's" which stood for "Narita." So assuming she has the same last name, I do remember that her first legal name was "Kazue." Hope that gives you something to start with.
