this is for anyone who lived in Florida about Five years ago or more.

my brother paul was a transient in florida, on his way to chile. He met a girl, I think her name is something like Isha (I'm really not sure)

I have never met her. And while I cannot express in detail my reason for trying to find (read contact) her, please rest assured that my sense of urgency is well meaning.
