from shikaka Monday, December 08, 2008 - 13:16 (Agree/Disagree?) I knew him well, grew up with him at the HCS and spent a very hot tokyo summer bunking with him in a tiny room lacking a/c. He was really big on fitness at the time, and used to do pullups in the bathroom, the only place that could accomodate his 6'5 frame. He was a big guy with a big heart and a fantastic sense of humor. He was so wonderful, wasn't he?  Not just because he was my brother, everybody loved him.  His funeral was packed, people were standing outside.  He was so funny too, I still laugh over things he used to say.  So glad you remember him fondly.  If you have any other memories you would like to share let me know.  I feel like I didn't have enough time with him.
