I called NBC, and what they are looking for is specifically people who knew Ricky personally. Either before he left or since he left. They are looking for people who can speak to his frame of mind. To see if there were any "warning signs" of his instability or his propensity for violence which he has clearly shown us all that he was capable of. I never really knew Ricky myself, so I couldnt' give NBC any information, but that in a nutshell is what they are looking for. (reply to this comment)
