It is my belief that Mama Maria never wanted to have kids--ever. I have never felt love from her the way that I've seen normal, well-adjusted parents give love to their kids. In fact, it's been just the opposite.
Both Techi and I have only ever been "good assets" for them to have. We were a political commodity to be used and abused by my mother. I don't think Techi would admit to this, but I know she knows it to be true as well.

(Forgive me if I skip around a bit as I'm in a hurry.) My mother was very thankful for Techi because she fulfilled a great need in Berg's life. As you know, he would often suffer from deep depression (and rightfully so) whenever he would stop long enough to think about all his dirty deeds.
He called Techi "the lifter up of his head", and just by her sweet nature, love, and child's acceptance, he would in some way in his twisted mind, be validated (not to mention all the other MOrons following him that certainly helped in the matter).

I guess we each had different uses, but there was never any genuine love or concern for us as human beings. Sure we had much more materially than probably every other Family member did, but when we didn't live up to the twisted standard, life was miserable.

I never felt any desire from my mother or Berg to want me to better myself emotionally, physically or mentally just because they loved me and wanted to help me as a person. Everything they ever did to me or for me was with the ulterior motive of wanting me to be the best little cultist I could be. They had to prove to the world that they were right, what they said really was true, and they were deserving of everybody's love and loyalty and the power they held over people's minds and souls.
Elixcia even commented to me the first time she saw Mama Maria and I together how relatively cold and calculating she was with me compared with the mother/child relationships she had known, and how of course, she thought Maria's and mine would be.

Since you're probably a Family member I'll speak in terms you can understand. "Before I judge my neighbor, let me walk a mile in his shoes."

You think about all the shit he went through, okay? The Davidito Book, being born through FFing and getting adopted by an old pervert that tried to mold him to be the next leader of his cult. Being born to a Mom that clearly never wanted kids. Never recieving the true love and care that every child deserves. And, perhaps the thing that affected him most of all, was seeing other kids being subjected to the same abuse. Is it any wonder that he snapped?

Think about the situation and the circumstances he went through before you judge him, or anyone else for that matter. You would want others do the same for you.(reply to this comment)

It's amazing isnt it? This woman who clearly had no desire for kids and no love for them after having them, goes on to encourage a whole generation to overcreate and then goes further by forcing the children of that same generation to do the same.

I hope and pray that Ricky has found tenderness and love as an adult. I am suprised he is normal after how he was raised. I can't imagine what it would be like to feel no love from your parents. When the shit hits the fan, the only people really there for you is your family and zerby is an idiot to of thrown it all away. She is going to die a very lonley woman.

It is funny that while encouraging all to go for the gold and have 10 plus children, she had TWO. While in TF I used to try to explain this to my Mother and older Bro and sis who where having almost 1 a year at Bergs command.Didn't she have two full time nannies while only 4 mo pregnant with her first? She didn't sleep the babies with her either.What the hell do two nannies do when the baby isn't even born yet? God knows my mom could of used a nannie or two caring for her 11 while providing for them financially at the same time.

i have always wondered about that, how can all these mom's be baby-machines, having kids year after year, while mama is fucking away and only ends up with two kids. I bet u she was on the pill or using some sort of birthcontrol, while at the same time telling everyone else to GO FOR THE GOLD or you won't be blessed by GOD!!! I was always bitter about how these familys would be struggling to survive raising huge families and here were all these GFTG letters coming out...it never made sense and never will.
