Julia, I saw your brother at a recent party and he spoke highly of you. I'm not sure I agree with your title, but I think there is a compliment in there for me somewhere, so I'll take it. These days, I'll take all the compliments I can get. Lol! Take it easy, Sunny (reply to this comment)

| from vix Tuesday, April 17, 2007 - 13:47 (Agree/Disagree?) I love it Julia! As far as I'm concerned - I'm sure you know it already but I'll say it again, with much affection from one mad attention whore to another - you're great! You've got brains, fire, energy and the guts to show them off in whatever way takes your fancy. Don't you listen to the haters. People can look down their noses at you and make whatever pronouncements they want about your supposed dysfunctionality, but in the grand scheme of things, who cares about a little bit of dysfunction here and there? I certainly don't! I happen to think that the world would be a horribly dull place without it. Genius is so often the product of it, and deluded or not (and fully aware that in the end it is unlikely that I will ever be able to stake such a claim), I'd rather have a stab at brilliance than exist within someone else's unenviable concept of the 'ideal personality'. You keep nourishing that edge you've got. As long as you can love yourself (love in this case meaning, to my mind, acceptance of and generosity toward all aspects of who you are, not necessarily boundless affection) your existence won't ever want for richness and magic. Here's to the wonder of fairytales and enchanted worlds!!! P.S. Congratulations are in order, you've managed to tempt me into commenting when I was trying so hard to maintain a largely uncharacteristic silence. (reply to this comment)
| from rainy Tuesday, April 17, 2007 - 13:06 (Agree/Disagree?) I like it, Jul. How refreshing. Wish I'd ever had some of that unapologeticness, especially when I was younger. I don't know if my life would have been easier or harder, but I love seeing people who are true to themselves. I'm sure as you get older you may see that people weren't out to get you and didn't wish you harm as it seems to you now, and you may cringe at this article. But just remember, you were unafraid and unashamed to be yourself, and that counts for something. (reply to this comment)
| | | from Phoenixkidd Tuesday, April 17, 2007 - 11:16 (Agree/Disagree?) Why thanks sweet Sis'! That was truly heartfelt although deluded, Moderator please remove this article! Keep the other one's though from Banal, I want to print them out and give them to her once I see her again. (reply to this comment)
