Getting Real : Faith No More

accessed 1807 times I wanted to take a moment to share something with you. We are coming up on the time, not to remember the cross where our Savior shed his blood to atone for mankind's sins, but to reflect on his resurrection.
Jesus Christ came to Earth in the flesh, and gave his life for us. He gave his life, so that we have the ability to also be resurrected. What an amazing sacrifice on the part on an omnipotent, ineffable, imperturbable deity. A deity that was, just a few short generations beforehand, commanding men to fuck their brother's wife and then striking them dead for pulling out and shooting their seed on the ground. A deity that would continue to keep his people being whipped and tortured in bondage so that he would be able to continue to perform miracles to impress their captors. Oh the amazing sacrifice and the benevolent God's fortunate mood swing. Praise the Lord.

I’m going to assume that your article was supposed to be comedic-irony as I’m hoping that you are not trying to actually convince anyone on this site that we should honestly and truly remember Jesus’ ‘sacrifice’. However, your point (if indeed you have one) is completely vague. As such, I offer the following comments as bile for the sake of having bile emitted:
First of all, your omnipotent 'God' isn't real....he's merely an imaginary friend for grown-ups. While clearly not someone you’re a fan of, you seem to still believe in ‘His’ imaginary existence. Second, I'm not Christian anymore (as I don't believe imaginary friends can have real life babies who can in turn become saviors) so I may be wrong, but, wasn't Easter like two weeks ago??

oh please...as a pothead you of all people should be able to appreciate my; vague,pointless,2 week old,rambling. Fuck! I shudder to think Ive somehow given the impression, that I believe in God's existence...and if imaginary friends could have babies.....well that would just suck period.hahaha Hey man ,bile for the sake of having bile emitted,is fine by me.I would pass the weed... but it's all about the hash in Italy(god I cant wait till we get to switzerland)shiva skunk baby!! ciao anyways(reply to this comment) |
