Mr. LaMattery, this particular response does not address a question posted on this website about the FBI investigation. My question was this: Will you agree to inform the agent who is working with you that there are individuals interested in providing her with an affidavit independent of you acting as the conduit? The agent involved in this investigation is perfectly capable of making her own decision about whether she is wants to develop contacts other than yourself in the exer community. She is also capable of making her own decision about how far she wants to expand the scope of her investigation. However, she cannot make either of those decisions very easily if you do not inform her of the request for an information conduit other than yourself. (reply to this comment)

From cassy Thursday, March 17, 2005, 03:26 (Agree/Disagree?) I just wanted to say that Lamatterys are not the only ones in contact with the FBI. I personally sent my affidavits direct, Nancy is in contact with the same person, as well as Daniel and a few more. If you want to call me or chat with me personally, please do. I just don't understand why you are so secretive. There could be good cause, and it could be not. The main thing is, it's important that we don't do anything to hinder this. Are you interested in flying solo on this yourself? Do you distrust all of us? Why? Anyway, it's probably better to have a private discussion on this.
