| | | From Samuel Tuesday, October 10, 2006, 09:56 (Agree/Disagree?) What can I say? The guy named his website codSHIT so I guess I can't really accuse him of false advertising or anything. This guy needs to get a hobby, or a girlfriend (or both), and quit posting ridiculous glurge on the internet to see if anyone is gullible enough to actually believe what they read on a site called codSHIT. Honestly, what is this guy trying to do, get a cult following or something? I do know what more I can say. Samuel(reply to this comment) |
| | From AnnaH Tuesday, October 10, 2006, 11:21 (Agree/Disagree?) Ahahahaaha! You copied that "ridiculous glurge" comment from me! I said that to you when you were going to post some powerpoint memorial to Ricky online, although I believe my exact words were "worthless glurge." You don't even know what glurge means! Though not an actual word recognized by the Oxford dictionary, urbandictionary.com gives this definition: Anything overly sappy, corny, or kitchy used to incite an emotional reaction. It is usually fictional, absurd and over-exaggerated and therefore fails at its intended task. In my brief scan of that codshit website, I saw nothing of the sort so I can only assume you don't know what glurge means and are merely siphoning off my intelligence. | | From Samuel Tuesday, October 10, 2006, 12:33 (Agree/Disagree?) I copied it, actually, from snopes.com Great site. You should see it sometime. By the way, they have some things there about some of the "miracle" stories David Berg told in LWG Volume 4. I know what glurge is. It is something written to make the author happy, that has little value to anyone else. Yes, it is sometimes corny or sappy, and it usually incites an eomtional reaction. That's what I saw on codSHIT.com. I don't know what makes the author think that Al Qaeda doesn't exist. Al Qaeda's leaders have referred to it quite often, and so has Al Jazeera. And who cares what some taxi driver in Pakistan thinks about Guantanamo Bay? Prison is supposed to be uncomfortable, otherwise everyone would want to go there for the free meals, exercise equipment, and bed. But if it will make your day to think I copied off you, go right ahead! Samuel(reply to this comment) |
