from ESJ Tuesday, December 20, 2005 - 21:40 (Agree/Disagree?) Yeah, even I (who had sex forced upon me many times in TF, mostly by bullying, sex-hungry leaders) balked a bit when I heard that the headline on the article about Natalie in the Cosmopolitan magazine (posted on XFamily) was going to be 'I Survived a Rape Cult'. I at first thought maybe it was a bit of an 'over the top sensationalist' way of describing life in TF. But then after talking to Natalie and hearing a lot more detail about her life growing up and all the horrible abuses and forced sex she was subjected to, and remembering the life stories of other ex SG's I've read here on Moving On, I realized that for many of the SG's (especially the female SG's), TF was/is a 'rape cult'. TFI rapes everyone's mind's of reason and a balanced conscience and most of their critical thinking faculties, and it most especially raped and exploited many of it's second generation spiritually, mentally, emotionally, educationally, physically and sexually. So that may well be how TF goes down in history - as a 'rape cult'. What a legacy. (reply to this comment)
