Instead of the Family songs that frequently play in my head until I hit it against a wall to make it stop, I have had "This land is your land, this land is my land" in my head for the last few days. See now, normal people would curse you, but I am very grateful. It sure beats "Are you bouncing? Higher and higher..." I admit that in the Democratic primaries I discounted Kerry as I didn't like his rather lackluster deameanor. As it looked more and more like he would be the presumptive nomine I began to research him. I was pleasantly surprised with what I found. His voting history is far from the waffling wishy washy person the Bush administration would have you believe. His agendas and policies are common sense and honest. His energy policies are environmentally, economically, and scientifically sound. His foreign policy is a world ahead of ol' Dubya's (not that that's too incredibly hard). I would request that before you make such a general statement, you research and then give specific examples of exactly which of his policies allow you to categorize him as a moron. If you'd like (and if you have a few hours to spare) I'd be happy to do the same for Bush! (reply to this comment)
