Hi I too have just read the book 'Not without my sisters' and felt horrified I had previously only taken a passing interest in media coverage of allegations against The Family. I have also followed up on web sites and media archives since reading the book in an attempt to understand and somehow help these child cult members, past and present. But reading that book made me open my eyes to something i didn't even know existed it compelled me to search the net to find more. I just want to say to do this you have inner strength and i hope you get your justice. No one can take away the pain i know that but it seems wrong that these people are still out there. I'm a mother and truly believe anyone that could do that to children needs to be casterated. Good luck (reply to this comment)

Perhaps this is the same sentiment held by Elisabeth Fritzl's mother who apparently did nothing for, what? 20 years, while her daughter and grandchildren were victimized by her husband. If, as you seem to think, the severity of criminal acts are only measured relative to other crimes, then Mrs. Fritzl may have failed to act to protect her daughter because compared to Hitler or Pol Pot, Mr. Fritzl was harmless. Do you believe that the fact that there is some psychopath out there who imprisoned his daughter and committed incest with her means that those guilty of lesser crimes like rape and child abuse no longer deserve to be punished?
