Mangosteen juice!

from Sally - Friday, March 09, 2007

Have you heard of the latest big trend in health and fitness?

Hi,

As many of you, I have been doing my best to stay healthy both mentally and physically. With the many stresses of everyday life, plus the baggage that comes with our old lives in the family, I have researched many venues to health.

I am a firm believer in natural cures and that the body can heal itself when given the proper aids. I was recently looking for new ways to improve my health and achieve financial freedom and abundance all at once. I am now an independant distributor of a functional health beverage made of pure mangosteen juice. It truly is a revolutionary product!

A world without cancer-the story of vitamin b17

G. Edward Griffin marshals the evidence that cancer is a deficiency disease - like scurvy or pellagra - aggravated by the lack of an essential food compound in modern man's diet. That substance is vitamin B17. In its purified form developed for cancer therapy, it is known as Laetrile.
This story is not approved by orthodox medicine. The FDA, the AMA, and The American Cancer Society have labeled it fraud and quackery. Yet the evidence is clear that here, at last, is the final answer to the cancer riddle.

Why has orthodox medicine waged war against this non-drug approach? The author contends that the answer is to be found, not in science, but in politics - and is based upon the hidden economic and power agenda of those who dominate the medical establishment.

With billions of dollars spent each year on research, with other billions taken in on the sale of cancer-related drugs, and with fund-raising at an all-time high, there are now more people making a living from cancer than dying from it. If the solution should be found in a simple vitamin, this gigantic industry could be wiped out over night. The result is that the politics of cancer therapy is more complicated than the science.

To take control of your health, you must have a clear understanding of disease. Our approach is both revolutionary and simple. There is only One Disease.

Your body is made of cells, and when a large number of your cells malfunction, for any reason, that is the One Disease. There are only Two Causes of cellular malfunction:

Deficiency, cells are not getting what they need; or

Toxicity, cells are being poisoned by something they do not need.
Whether you suffer from allergies, cancer, chronic fatigue, diabetes, heart disease, or the common cold, the cause is the same - malfunctioning cells, the one disease.

Like any organism, the human body has specific daily needs that must be met. Without meeting these needs, the body will not function properly and optimal health cannot be maintained.

The problem is that the lifestyle of the average American does not provide for these needs; disease is the logical and inevitable result. It does not have to be this way. Health is a choice. Virtually all disease can be prevented and most can be reversed. We have to recognize that everything in our lives influences our health, for better or for worse.

" a functional health beverage made of pure mangosteen juice. It truly is a revolutionary product!"

how is it revolutionary if its made from the pure juice of a fruit that has been around for decades? haven't people been drinking fruit juice for thousands of years?

If what she says on her profile is true, that she was raised in "The Family", give her a break for getting all excited about this multi level marketing thing. I bet you 1000 to one that three years from now it will be an embarassing memory. She will only find that out over time.

PTL! This is an amazing example of how the Lord leads his sheep to us. What a miracle! I am going to provision some of this "mangosteen" she speaks of for our home. I got a prophecy from Dad about how this revolutionary product can make up for our lack of meats and real food. REVOLUTION FOR JESUS!

Lord give me the faith to witness to your sheep so we can get hundreds of palets of your revolutionary juice for our slaves... I mean children. In Jesus' name amen!

I'm in Thailand where they have truckloads of mangosteens
especially from one region in particular (Rayong Province)

I visit Rayong quite frequently and the people there don't seem any healthier than elsewhere... even in mid-year when mangosteens are in season.

This is just another fad, don't get discouraged over this but I'll give it a year max before ppl are on to sumfin else.

First came snake oil ... then came Tahitian Noni... and now we have mangosteen juice.

I guess one thing u might have going for u is that Mangosteen doesn't taste half bad. Tahitian Noni tasted and smelled like fermented crap.

Yeah, I agree. I think this is some sort of pyramid scheme. Over the last few months a bunch of people at my gym started selling it. You have to pay a few hundred and they let you become a dealer and once you get about 5 customers, it pays back the money you spent. Typical pyramid deal.

I’m not saying that this is the case with dear Sally over here, but that’s the deal with the people selling it over at my gym.
