Getting Out : Seeking Justice
The truth exposed, your revenge...you choose! | from MM - Friday, November 26, 2004 accessed 1743 times Hi there dear Ex-family, this is a letter to all you out there, this is an idea and I think it is a good one, so think about it. It's just a simple thing we could all do together that will start the storm of our "Revolution" of truth. We ex-members would write "our story" and some on The Family, about home life, what % a home gives to WS, witnessing, provisioning, childcare, etc. Also some experiences, both negative and positive. Then another parcel on what you thought about Grandpa and Maria when you were kids, and now about Zerby, Peter and WS, and yet another on what WS is in fact. Then all of us on the same day, same year would go and make arrangements to post this article in the paper. (This is a good story, so almost any newspaper reporter will want it, even for front page, you might even get some money from the paper if you deliver it personally, that is in some countries) This would be quite a media bomb, because in lets say, 50 countries all around the world articles by Sga's explaining to the general public all about The Family, would all appear on the same day. This would be an Anti-Cult protest, and also show people in this world and Zerby what we are capable of, this way we could gain a whole new level of respect from WS. Ha!! |

We could celebrate our freedom from their abuse or make a connection to protest child abuse caused by cults;or those who neglect their mental health and abuse their children. To acknowledge them by name would do no good because they now go by a list of different names and are not identifyable. We should notify the public about these individuals who lack self restraint, neglect, abuse, molest children, practising legal prostition for redemption, thereby jeopardizing, threatening, and ridiculing the legitamate religious beliefs of individuals around the globe. juliez (reply to this comment)
| from Ralph Crayon Wednesday, December 01, 2004 - 16:36 (Agree/Disagree?) This is a good idea dude! Any more thoughts on it? Don't worry about the negative vibes, it was part of the COG programing to turn SG against SG and prevent those seeking justice from uniting. (reply to this comment)
| | | From agree Saturday, January 01, 2005, 15:34 (Agree/Disagree?) Very good point ralph.Every time someone comes up with an idea to fight for justice the do gooders shoot you down ,i believe they would rather sit on here for the next twenty years crying their eyes out.I for one will stand by anyone wanting to bring punishment to these criminals ,as we all know many children now are still being subjected to what happened to hundreds maybe thousands of us.I am a woman now and the pain i feel now just from memory makes me cry , why doesn,t anyone want to challenge for what we suffered ,i force myself to come out to talk to people about my experiences ,and i find people that have never been in the family are far more receptive than you would think. Lets stand together (as they did and still do)for what we now is true.(reply to this comment) |
| | From Vandar Saturday, January 01, 2005, 17:01 (Agree/Disagree?) I find it very curious that my close friends tell me "it's amazing what you have gone through without letting it make you bitter." At the same time, when I have spoken out The Family has tried to discount what I say because I am supposedly "bitter"! This brought me to thinking that The Family has taken what may be a good idea in another context, and twisted it around, missapplying it entirely in their campaign to persuade those they injured to suck it up in silence. According to their propaganda, those of us who are angry *with our abusers and perps* that we are filled with *bitterness,* which they say is a terrible thing. What I have realized from what my friends think about me is that it's entirely possible to be a person whose daily interactions with those around me are in no way colored by bitterness, but who still feels that *those who committed crimes against me* should pay the fiddler. I think people have said it here before, but why is The Family so stuck on blaming those of us who are angry because of what Family perps did? Isn't it more appropriate to blame the perps? Why do we see such a campaign of keeping the wounded quiet and no campaign of making the wounded whole? (reply to this comment) |
| | From Ralph Crayon Friday, December 03, 2004, 05:07 (Agree/Disagree?) "...each individual lacks the strength and ability to have an effect or to make an inroad into the Family. He knows he also has to bring about some sort of cohesion in the Family's detractors to make the lie look big enough to cause concerns among the authorities. This is not easy to do, and their alliance is weak" From the fantastic Vandari GN. Yeah, Haunted the Family weirdos know that keeping the SG bickering amongst themselves will help the child abusers escape the consequences of their actions and justice. (reply to this comment) |
| | from exister Monday, November 29, 2004 - 07:58 (Agree/Disagree?) In light of the fact that you still use insufferabler Bergisms like a written "Ha!" it is not surprising that you still entertain the delusions concerning mainstream media that you picked up in the Family. The story of our abusive upbringing would be considered fit for a freakish sidebar at best by most major newspapers. Evil cults are a dime a dozen, and in a world where thousands can be slaughtered for a lie our stories seem boringly quaint. It's amazing that you actually believe that there is some sacred and unassailable interest in truth in modern pop culture. There is more interest in what the people want to hear. They want to hear about death and destruction, but only in abstract, numerical terms. They want to hear about religion, but only the kind that will give America the moral strength to defeat Islam and all of those masked jihadi's running around in the desert. They want to hear about the imminent evil of fanatical Christian demagoguery about as much as they want to hear about the color of my bowel movement this morning. News flash! Humanity is a stupid, cruel species that just doesn't fucking care! (reply to this comment)
| | | From Cultinvator Tuesday, November 30, 2004, 01:41 (Agree/Disagree?) A bit stark but true, exister and existential I suspect. Being the anoying scale that I am I'd also like to say that every good story probably seemed small in comparison to Buddha, Jesus, Gahndi, the Holocaust etc... go ahead and write your story, but not for the world, for you... or for someone you can focus your full atention to and then put it out not expecting anything in return. Chances are if you have a clear delivery, a good nerdy spellcheck to clean it up, and strong characters the story will unravel itself. No one is stopping you from writing. Just don't expect the world to want to hear... let it speak on its own.(reply to this comment) |

| | | | | | | | | | | From porceleindoll Monday, November 29, 2004, 01:46 (Agree/Disagree?) You trying to scare off anyone interested in your idea?? I don't think he's being a copycat, but he realises that it won't be effective unless you have about 49 (I'd say way more than that even) persons involved. I wouldn't want to throw my time and effort into it either unless it were well organized and there were enough participants to really make our voice heard in a big way, otherwise it's a waste of time and won't show any results. As for standing up for what we believe, many of us have done that here and we are now a major threat to the Family.(reply to this comment) |
